Shipping and Returns

Use of the Cart System: After registration, order by placing the desired product(s) in your cart. If you would like to buy more than one piece of a certain item, adjust the quantity after the product name and click on “Update” to get your running total. For more information on how to order, please see our Ordering and Guarantees page.

Worldwide Shipping: Orders are shipped through various parcel service providers or registered AirMail. Please Note: AirMail is available for orders weighing NO MORE than 2 kgs. (about 4.4 lbs) per package; orders weighing over 2 kgs will be sent in multiple packages, each weighing less than 2 kgs. For single packages that exceed 2 kgs or certain volume restrictions,* we can only ship by Parcel Service, unless arranged otherwise. Orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days after receiving them. You will be sent a delivery confirmation e-mail once your package has been handed over to the delivery company or Post Office. If one of the items you have ordered is in back order, we will notify you via e-mail in order to make arrangements on delivery times or to give you a full refund.

* Products with light relative density are adjusted for weight (length x height x width / 6000 is calculated as 1 kg).

AirMail times to most countries are 3-15 business days. However, clearing your local customs office may take additional time. For most European and North American countries, we offer both Parcel Service and registered AirMail; this generally means a 3-7 business days delivery time to European addresses and 7-20 business days delivery time to oversees addresses (If outside the EU, additional time for customs may be required). We usually mail all postal orders in one business day via Registered FIRST PRIORITY AirMail but after mailing packages out, we have no options to turn back or cancel orders.

Registered Priority Mail vs. Parcel Service Providers: Before choosing the usually more economical “AirMail” or “Priority Mail” option, please understand, the Post Offices refund only a maximum of about €30 if an international package sent as “Registered Priority Mail” gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Our international Parcel Service Providers, DPD/ARAMEX/GLS/UPS/FEDEX, insure all packages up to €520.00 automatically. They also provides an online tracking system to find and to reschedule your package sent through them. Packages sent through a Parcel Service provider are more likely to be charged an import tax on them if applicable (if the package is sent to a NON-EU address). If your package is lost or damaged, Wellness Extra Ltd can refund you only up to €30.00 if your package was sent through the Post Office, and up to €520.00 if your package was sent through a Parcel Services partner.

VAT and Customs: We do not charge VAT for orders outside the EU, which means an over 21% savings to you. However, you may be liable for local and import taxes. Wellness Extra Ltd. is NOT responsible for any packages detained, impounded, or returned to us by your country's Customs Office Department. It is the SOLE responsibility of the customer to check that the ordered supplements and their ingredients are permitted to enter by the laws of his/her country. Customs regulations vary greatly by country.Therefore, if a package or any item from it is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country´s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for only the merchandise returned in its original condition, less a 5% restocking fee, and any other charges and fees assessed by the customs in your country. Sales Tax (VAT) will only be charged for EU orders at the rate of 27%. However, non-EU customers may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charges, and we do not charge, bill, or assess them. In order to speed up the customs process and to minimize the chance of customs opening your package, the value of your order will be printed on the shipping label and a copy of your invoice is always included on the outside of packages leaving EU territory.

The exact shipping cost can be calculated beforehand by our shipping calculator in the lower left side of our website. The shipping cost  will be shown in our cart system once a registered buyer places products into his or her cart and clicks on "Checkout".

Payment Options: For all orders, payments must be made up front before the products are shipped via wire transfer, PayPal, or the PayPal debit or credit card option. For more information on payment options, please see our Ordering and Guarantees page.

Our Return Policy: If for any reason you wish to return a product, and the product is returned to us undamaged and non-tampered with, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, and there is NO restocking fee. If the order is returned due to our mistake, and you have made an up front arrangement with our customer service, a full refund will be made in maximum 7 business days from the date we received your return.
